Hi Johnathan Unfortunatley this does not look good, I think that all your time and hard work is probably lost. You should go to your last saved copy and work from that. As you well know, it is always very important to save your work regularly, as then you can back track, if you make a mistake. I am really sorry, that I could not help you.
